Meet the Doctors

Amy Berglund, DC, DACBSP

Dr. Amy Berglund has taken extensive training in Sports Medicine to advance her career. She earned her Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician degree (CCSP) in 2013 and went on to complete her Diploma in Sports Medicine in 2014. Most recently (2015), she completed her International Chiropractic Sports Physician coursework. These extra certifications have allowed her to travel as a Board Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician.

Chase Crabtree

Dr. Chase graduated from Choteau High School in 2012. He continued his education at both Carroll College and Montana State University, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Health Science and Kinesiology specialty from MSU Bozeman. Dr. Chase then made the decision to move to Minnesota and attend Northwestern School of Health Sciences to complete his Doctorate in Chiropractic in 2020. He was awarded scholarships from the Chiropractic Alumni Association, Performance Health, and BioFreeze, in recognition of his hard work and commitment to the chiropractic profession.
